How to Transact
We understand that our clients may wish to use different ordering methods depending on the size and nature of each transaction.
Travelex clients are free to use one or all of our channels: Internet, phone or fax.
Online Orders (www.fxpaynet.com)
Our online systems employ industry standards to ensure that order information remains safe. When accessing the system, 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects client information, using both server authentication and data encryption. Clients, through administrative rights, can establish multiple levels of security through approval models, allowing for a full segregation of duties within the client’s company. Each transaction requires approval and approval levels can be customized on a per-client basis. All notification emails are transmitted through a secure email system.
Telephone Orders (1-800-915-1659)
Each client is assigned a Corporate Trader who is dedicated to their account. In the event that the Trader is not available, other members of the trading desk are always ready to help.
When placing a trade via telephone, the client identifies themselves by providing their name, company name, and their Travelex Customer ID Number. Once a trade is completed and all details are verified by Travelex, the confirmation is then faxed to the client − usually within a two-hour timeframe. For trades over $150,000, the client must sign the confirmation and fax it back to Travelex in order for the trade to be processed. This measure is for the added protection of our clients’ interests.
Fax Orders (1-800-266-5150)
Clients can fax their requests on company letterhead, along with their name, company name and Travelex Customer ID Number to the trader assigned to their account. Once a trade is completed, a confirmation is faxed to the client. For trades over $150,000, the client must sign the confirmation and fax it back to Travelex in order for the trade to be processed.

Once a trade is completed, a confirmation is faxed to the client. For trades over $370,000, Travelex will call the client to obtain verbal confirmation before processing transactions for all first time beneficiaries.
